【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationoftheedgewisecrushresistanceofcorrugatedfibreboard.Theforceisappliedinthedirectionofthefluteaxis.Thismethodisapplicabletosingle-wall(double-faced),double-wall,andtriple-wallcorrugatedfibreboard.Itmayalsobeusedtotestsamplestakenfromcorrugatedcasesandotherconvertedproducts.Whilethemethodisapplicabletowaxedcorrugatedfibreboard,caremustbetakenthattheheatusedinthewaxingstepdoesnotaffectthecorrugatedstructure.Thisiscontrolledbyobservingthatfailureduringtheteststilloccursawayfromtheloadededges.
