【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesgeneralcriteriatodemonstratebytesting,thatcompleterailwayvehiclesconformwithstandardsorothernormativedocuments.ThisEuropeanStandard,asawholeorinpart,appliestoallrailwayvehiclesexceptspecialpurposevehiclessuchastrack-layingmachines,ballastcleanersandpersonnelcarriers.Theextentofapplicationofthestandardforparticularvehicleswillbespecificallymentionedinthecontract.NOTEThepartsofthestandardwhichareapplicablewilldependonthetypeofvehicle(e.g.passenger,freight,poweredtrailer,etc.).InsofarasthisEuropeanStandardisapplicableitmaybeusedforthefollowing:—generatorsetsmountedonavehicleprovidedforauxiliarypurposes;—theelectricaltransmissionusedontrolleybusesorsimilarvehicles;—controlandauxiliaryequipmentofvehicleswithnon-electricalpropulsionsystems;—vehiclesguided,supportedorelectricallypropelledbysystemswhichdonotusetheadhesionbetweenwheelandrail.
