【摘要】:1.1Thisstandardspecifiesthetechnicalsafetyrequirementsandmeasurestobeadoptedbypersonsundertakingthedesign,constructionandsupply(includinginstallationanddismantling,witharrangementsfortransportandmaintenance)ofstationarydrillingmachines(see3.1).Thisstandardcoversbothmanualandautomaticdrillingmachines.Theseincludebutarenotlimitedto:?pedestaldrillingmachines(seefigureA.1);?radialarmdrillingmachines(seefigureA.2);?coordinatetabledrillingmachines(seefigureA.3);?horizontalspindledrillingmachines(seefigureA.4);?multi–spindledrillingmachines(seefigureA.5)?turrettypedrillingmachineswithmanualcontrolofturretindex.1.2Thisstandardtakesaccountofintendeduseincludingreasonablyforeseeablemisuse,maintenance,cleaning,andsettingoperations.Itpresumesaccesstothemachinefromalldirections.Itdescribesmeanstoreduceriskstooperatorsandotherexposedpersons.1.3Thisstandardalsoappliestoworkpiecetransferdeviceswhentheyformanintegralpartofthemachine.1.4Thisstandarddealswithsignificanthazardsrelevanttodrillingmachineswhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeclause4).1.5Hazardsarisingfromothermetalworkingprocesses(e.g.milling,grinding,turning,forming,EDM,laserprocessing)arecoveredbyotherstandards(seeBibliography).1.6Automaticdrillingmachineswithautomatictoolchangingcapabilitiesarenotcoveredbythisstandard(seeprEN12417:1996).1.7Thisstandardisnotapplicabletodrillingmachines,whichweremanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationbyCENofthisstandard.
