【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheservicedescriptionandcontrolaspects,includingfunctionalcapabilitiesandinformationflows,ofstandardisedcircuit-modebearerserviceswhichmaybesupportedbyaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN).ThisInternationalStandardincludesthefollowingbasicservices:·Circuit-mode64kbit/sunrestricted8kHzstructuredbearerservicecategory;·Circuit-mode64kbit/s8kHzstructuredbearerservicecategoryusableforspeechinformationtransfer;·Circuit-mode64kbit/s8kHzstructuredbearerservicecategoryusablefor3,1kHzaudioinformationtransfer.APISNshallsupportatleastoneoftheabovethreebearerservicestoconformwiththisInternationalStandard.ThescopeofthisInternationalStandarddoesnotinclude:·thenegotiationofserviceatcallestablishmenttime,·thechangeofserviceduringacall,and·unidirectionalservices.ThisInternationalStandardincludesoptionalproceduresfortheprovisionoffunctionsequivalenttothefollowingpublicISDNsupplementaryservices:SubaddressandMultipleSubscriberNumber.NOTE1-Supplementaryservicesandotherbearerserviceswhichcanbeusedinconjunctionwith64kbit/scircuitswitchedbearerservicesspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardaredealtwithinotherstandards.NOTE2-ServicespecificationsarebasedoninformationconcerningthecorrespondingpublicISDNserviceavailableatthetimeofpublicationofthisInternationalStandard.NOTE3-ITU-TtreatSubaddressingandMultipleSubscriberNumberassupplementaryservices.NOTE4-TheuseoftheDirectDialInsupplementaryserviceofapublicISDNforcallsincomingtoaPISNfromapublicISDNisregardedaspartofthebasicservicesinaPISN.NOTE5-TheuseoftheCallingLineIdentificationPresentationandConnectedLineIdentificationPresentationsupplementaryservicesotipublicISDNforobtainingtheOriginatingNumberortheConnectedNumberofacallfromortoapublicISDNisregardedaspartofthebasicservicesinaPISN.NOTE6-Theprovision(eitherexplicitlyorimplicitly)bytheusertothenetwork,ofitsownnumber(OriginatingNumberorConnectedNumber),andtheprovisionofanOriginatingNumberoraConnectedNumberbyaPISNtoanothernetworkisapartofthebasicservicesinaPISNandnotapartoftheCallingLineIdentificationPresentationandConnectedLineIdentificationPresentationsupplementaryservices.ThosesupplementaryservicesareconcernedonlywiththepresentationofthenumberfromthenetworktotheservedPISNuser.
