【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheproceduresfordeterminingthedryfilmthicknessofanorganiccoatingonametallicsubstrate(coilcoating).FourappropriatemethodsaregiveninthisEuropeanStandard:a)magneticinduction;b)eddycurrent;c)micrometer;d)optical.Themethodsareapplicableonlytoproductswithsmoothandflatsubstratesbutthecoatingitselfmaybetextured.Inthatcase,formethodsa)andb)theaverageofaseriesofreadingswillrepresentanaverageofthethicknessoftheorganiccoating,whilemethodc)willgivethemaximumthicknessandmethodd)canprovidetheminimum,maximumandaveragethickness.Non-destructivecontinuous-webmethodsonmeasurementofdry-filmthickness(seeENISO2808)arenotdealtwith.
