【摘要】:ThisstandardprovidesspecificationsofcommonpublickeycryptographictechniquesbasedonhardproblemsoverlatticessupplementaltothoseconsideredinIEEEStd1363?-2000[B47]1andIEEEStd1363a?-2004[B48],includingmathematicalprimitivesforsecretvalue(key)derivation,publickeyencryption,identificationanddigitalsignatures,andcryptographicschemesbasedonthoseprimitives.Specificationsofrelatedcryptographicparameters,publickeys,andprivatekeysarealsopresented.Classofcomputerandcommunicationssystemsisnotrestricted.Thetransitionfrompapertoelectronicmediabringswithittheneedforelectronicprivacyandauthenticity.Publickeycryptographyoffersfundamentaltechnologyaddressingthisneed.Manyalternativepublickeytechniqueshavebeenproposed,eachwithitsownbenefits.IEEEStd1363-2000[B47]andIEEEStd1363a-2004[B48]haveproducedacomprehensivereferencedefiningarangeofcommonpublickeytechniquescoveringkeyagreement,publickeyencryption,anddigitalsignaturesfromseveralfamilies,namelythediscretelogarithm,integerfactorization,andellipticcurvefamilies.Thisstandardspecifiescryptographictechniquesbasedonhardproblemsoverlattices.ThesetechniquesmayoffertradeoffsinoperatingcharacteristicswhencomparedwiththemethodsalreadyspecifiedinIEEE1363-2000andIEEEStd1363a-2004.Thisstandardalsoprovidesasecond-generationframeworkforthedescriptionofcryptographictechniques,ascomparedtotheinitialframeworkprovidedinIEEEStd1363-2000andIEEEStd1363a-2004.Itisnotthepurposeofthisprojecttomandateanyparticularsetofpublickeytechniquesorsecurityrequirements(includingkeysizes)forthisoranyfamily.Rather,thepurposeofthisstandardistoprovidethefollowing:a)Areferenceforspecificationofavarietyoftechniquesfromwhichapplicationsmayselectb)Therelevantnumber-theoreticbackgroundc)Extensivediscussionofsecurityandimplementationconsiderationssothatasolutionprovidercanchooseappropriatesecurityrequirementsforitself
